Our Community

SwiftJet connects watersport enthusiasts with trusted local operators across the Mediterranean. These guidelines help keep our community safe, fair, and enjoyable for everyone.

Respect & Safety

Treat everyone on the platform — operators, customers, and staff — with respect and courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, threats, or abusive language of any kind will not be tolerated.

Safety is non-negotiable. Always follow operator safety instructions, wear required safety equipment, and report any unsafe conditions immediately.

Honest Reviews

Reviews are essential to our community. We expect all reviews to be honest, fair, and based on genuine experiences. The following are prohibited:

  • Fake or fabricated reviews.
  • Retaliatory reviews designed to punish an operator for enforcing safety rules or policies.
  • Reviews offered in exchange for discounts, free rides, or other incentives.

Operators may not pressure, threaten, or incentivise customers to leave positive reviews.

Operator Standards

Operators on SwiftJet must:

  • Hold all required maritime and business licences.
  • Maintain adequate public liability and marine insurance.
  • Keep all equipment in safe, certified working condition.
  • Provide mandatory safety briefings before every activity.
  • Respond to bookings and messages promptly (within 2 hours during business hours).
  • Provide accurate descriptions, photos, and pricing for all listings.

Customer Conduct

Customers on SwiftJet must:

  • Follow all safety instructions provided by the operator.
  • Wear required safety equipment including life jackets.
  • Treat rental equipment with care and respect.
  • Never operate watercraft under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Report any damage or incidents immediately to the operator.
  • Arrive on time for booked sessions.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SwiftJet:

  • Circumventing the platform to book directly with operators discovered through SwiftJet.
  • Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content.
  • Providing false information in profiles, listings, or communications.
  • Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the platform.
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or evade bans.
  • Using the platform for any illegal activity.

Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

  • Written warnings.
  • Temporary account suspension.
  • Permanent account ban.
  • Removal of reviews, listings, or other content.
  • Withholding of pending payouts (for operators).

Enforcement decisions are made at SwiftJet’s sole discretion and are final.

If you witness a violation of these guidelines, please report it through:

  • The ‘Report’ button on any listing, review, or profile.

All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. We take every report seriously and will investigate thoroughly.

Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated guidelines.
